Privacy Policy

Profile Customizer is a browser extension made by Keller Concepts ("we"). It changes how facebook.com looks in your own browser. This policy explains the small amount of data involved.

What stays on your device

Your settings (theme, colors, fonts, wallpaper, feed filters and muted words) are stored in your browser's extension storage. If you are signed in to Chrome with sync turned on, Chrome syncs them between your own browsers. A wallpaper photo you upload is stored only on that device. We never receive any of this.

The extension reads the structure of the Facebook pages you visit only to apply your styles and hide the items you chose to hide. It does not collect, store or send your posts, messages, friends, browsing history or any other page content.

What we receive

• A random install ID. The extension creates a random identifier and sends it to our license server (api.profilecustomizer.com) to check whether Pro is unlocked, to start a purchase, or to restore a purchase with a license key. It is not linked to your Facebook account.
• Purchase records. If you buy Pro, we store your license key, the install IDs it unlocks, the email address you gave at checkout, the Stripe checkout and payment IDs, and the purchase date. We use this to deliver Pro, restore it on your other browsers, handle refunds and answer support requests.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card or other payment details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy and Link Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts in the extension or on this site.
• We never sell or share your data, and we don't use it for anything beyond running Profile Customizer.
• Fonts and images used by the extension are bundled inside it; nothing is loaded from third-party servers while you browse.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep purchase records for as long as your license is active and as required for tax and accounting. To have your purchase records deleted, email support@profilecustomizer.com. Uninstalling the extension removes your settings from that browser.

Children

Profile Customizer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
